The Caps gave up som really good chances early and Montreal cahsed in on a couple scoring very early and then a little later for a 2 goal lead they were moving in not far from net and a qucik wrister and backhander found space in the net behjind Semyon the good news that was all the offesne Candiens could muster bad news Caps only had 1 goal an Ovie stuff on a juicy rebound Green fumbled a pass when he joimned the rush moving in on the net but couldnt comntrol the puck abnd it led to a good chacnes the other way but Smein made a nice diving opke check Flash had a quality chacne but was denied and Semin buzzed shots at the niet all night but was turned away time after time the Caps need quality plays good drives and smart shots and crisp passsing in game 6 if they want to end it then going back to Montreal where they have won both they would love to win a 3rd and not play in a game 7 one for rest and 2 game 7 are so big and importnat and the caps dont want it to go that far Smeyon needs a great effort he has gfiven that in 2 starts his relief effort wasnt superb but it wasnt bad eather so if they can put the o and d and goalie play all working well together they wont come back for a game 7 in dc LETS GO CAPS MAUL MONTREAL!!!! The Caps won game 4 and now have the 3-1 series lead coming back to DC for game 5. They trailed 2-1 but another huge shorthanded goal tied it and they struck quick twice in the 3rd for a 4-2 lead and added a couple empty net goals and win 6-3 Semyon made some huge stops in this one and he is earning top goalie for the Caps he was shot on with great numbers and he turned Montreal down time and time again. the goals Ovie scored 1st when he moved in wity Nik and he ripped a wrister right past Price his 3rd from Nik and Green. The Caps came off the big ga,me 2 comewback with their best perfor,mamnce of the series whipping Montreal 5-1 getting 4 goals in the 2nd not allowing any definitley one of their best periods yet they managed to send Halac home after 3 goals and Price allowed 2 so he wasnt standing on his head either and their goalie starter situatrion is undetermnoned. Caps drop game 1

The Caps had to work hard in this one and they did at times but some defesnoive breakdowns led to easy chacnes for MOn and they capitalized on them and their goalie was olsoid. Corvo socred on a deep wrister and Nik was setuop nicley in the slut and fired a top corner wrister but a couple of times the d was split not getting to the mand rushing thorugh the middle obne timne he dropped a cross ice pass with the goalie nowhere to be found that resultes ina very easuy goal then in OT a drive to the middle was unchallenged and a wrister roofer beat Jose for the game winner the first MON goal was a PP setup nice to go cross ice and thena wrister was fired over the shoulder and it was 3-2 the final the Caps need gaols in bunches and they need a 2 goal lead that way they will have confiendece and they need to rattle the opposing goalie make him nervius and hit their shots and Jose has to be outstanding no easy goals like the one he allowed where he got out of position he has to be movving wityh n the puck and never be out of the play LETS GO CAPS YOU NEED GAME 2 ROCK THE RED UNLEASH THE FURY!!!!!
