The Caps got a big win on home ice beating Boston 3-5 paying them back for two early season losses both goalies were pulled Holtby gets his 1st ever NhL action and gets the win making 4 svaes Neuvirth made 11 but allowed all 3 goals Ovie made it a 2 goal lead late with an EN and after Caps had a 3-0 lead the Boston squad rallied with 3 before Carlson scored right off a faceoff the game winner to the goals Sloan scored 1st off a faceoff he slapped one into the balc of the net his 1st from Fleichamn then Green fired a mean wrister into the top shelf his 3rd from Ovie and NIK Smein scored shorthanded on abnreak he one timed one through the 5 hole into the balk of the net his 8th from Green Carslon fired one low corner off a faceoff his 2nd from Fehr and Gordon Ovie added the empty netter hois 8th from Nik and Shultz Green was 1st star Boyd 2nd PP Caps 0-3 Boston 2-3 Shots 39-18 Caps Caps now best in the elague alomng with LA with 18 pts 9-4 are the Caps they face Philly Sunday GO CAPS!!!!!!!!
