Caps Penalize Penguins

The Caps Pens now a huge rivalry but it has been all Caps this year they won tonight inside Verizon and have won all 3 meetings vs Pittsburgh this year and they beat them overall 6-5 last year thats 9-5 Caps total the last two seaosns including playoofs in this one Pittsburgh had 5 pps Caps 1 and i know the POens deserved about 5 penalties they were getting away with everything but hey its the nhl it happens i guess this one went to OT then the SO and the Caps were down 2-0 but they roared back and won 3-2 in the SO big win for the Caps who are gunning for the Presdiednts trophy thats most points in the regular season and they are almost a lock to get it the way they are playing favcing as tough a test tonight as their is in the NHL and they passed and shot with flying colors. The golas the first was a real nice play from KNUBle who saw a juicy rebound fly high in the air he got his stick on it and smacked it down it went off the gaolies back side and almost avoided the net but just as it was strying wide Kbnuble got his stick on it gain and struiffed it into the back of the net his 26th from Nik and Ovie then Pens scored when the puck hit a pen in front and defelcted in off a slapper pens socre again when a 2 on 1 has Pens looking tough to stop and it gets struffed home but the Caps would have Smein score shorthanded when he skates in then to the middle bewteen the d and fires a op corner wrister swish a sweet play a man down his 34th unassisted then Mike Green moves up from the d line and one times a mean slapper which is defelcted in front by Fehr and i think it was going in any way but Fehr added a pretty deflection his 21st from green and Belanger then late Pens would tie when the feed the front side and a wrister is fired top far corner so to OT then the SO where Pens socre twice one a deke left to right and some space to score it goes in then left to right gets squeezed in then Ovie keeps the game alive going left to right and firing a wrister into the backl of the net Jose stops the next man the Smein skates goes bakchand and fires one into the net then Jose a save then Knuble 0-4 in the SO skates in and fires one over the glove hand and into the net and its all over CAPS WIN PPs Pens 1-5 Caps 0-1 faceoofs 28-28 Hits 30-34 Caps in a high hard hitting afair Shots 42-32 Pewns Jose 39 saves Semin 1st star 1 G 2nd Jose and the Cap[s now 49-14-10 108 pts tying a farbnchise record for points with 9 games left so theyll break that record Next up Thursday in carolina Caps 9 pts ahead of Chicago who is clsoest to them so they need to keep winning and how big was that comeback vs Chitown the other weak it was huige otherwise they would be just 5 up LETS GO CAPS CRUSH THE CAINES ROCK THE RED UNLEASH THE FURY!!!!!!!!WOOOOOOOOOOOO
