This game was seesaw Hoyas leading alot of the first Providence leading a good part of the 2nd but not by much and Hoyas storming back and garbaing an 8 pt lead and holding it winning 79-70 @ Providnece. Thjis was one the Hoyas didnt want to lose cuz they beat top teams Duke and Nova but lost to USF and if they lost this one they would have some regret about not winning games they are favored in but they got the job done and made the plays aften in the latter part of the 2nd that gave them the lead they held onto. Stats Freeman 7-12 17 pts 2 reb 2 ass a stl Vaughn 9-13 19 pts 2 reb 2 ass a stl 2 blk and he was on the bakcend of some nice passing play drive and dish and he was throwin down dubnks with authority. Monroe 4-6 12 pts 7 reb 12 ass a blk Wright 7-12 21 pts 4 reb 3 ass 2 stl Clark 2-9 6 pts 5 reb a ass a blk Sims a reb Benimon a reb Hollis 1-5 4 pts 4 reb Overall 30-58 51.7% 3s 3-11 27.3% fts 16-21 76.2% 26 boards 20 dimes 4 stl 4 blk 11 tos and the W Hoyas now 18-5 next up @ Rutgers 4:00 Sunday LETS GO HOYAS WE ARE GEORGETOWN HOYA PARANOIA!!!!!!
