Caps Demolish Philly

The Caps really played there best game tonight blessed with a 9 minute PP bvecuase a flyer lost his cool crosschecked instigated and then swung at Matt Bradley before he took his gloves off was given the largest openalty ive ever seen and the Caps used it scoring 3 times in that huge chacne. The would go on to score 8 times holding Philly to just 2 and guees who scored there first goal of the season Dave Steckel #39 center great at winning faceoffs and he scored the 8th goal relived to get one im sure Dave is relieevd. The first gola was scored when Fleichamn was passed to in front of the net and he smacked the puck through the pads five holer and in for a gaol his 9th from Morrison and Fehr. Philly tied it on a juicy rebound. Then Fleichman fires a wruister that ended up going to him after Fher broke his stick on a shot off a d and Tomas whipped it in his 10th from fehr and Poti first two goals all Fleichman. Then Green would fire a wrister top shelf far side a sweetly placed puck and it hit nothing but net his 4th from Nik and Smein. Then Brooks Laich would be the 2nd guy rushing which was good cuz the pass was behind the first guy and wound up on Laichs stick and he chipped over a leg and into the back of the net his 10th from Green adn backstrom. Chris Clark then notched a goal when ahe fired a low wrister far side over the leg and swish or swoosh his 3rd from ALzner. Nik the wuick would then score on a juicy rebound his 8th swung it in front and it went in cuz the goalie was out of postion from Jurcina and Poti Then Mike Green was at the backl end of a nice set of passes where he fired quickly to hit the open space a wruster low and and in his 5th from Bakctsrom and Semin. Philly scored on corner low shot then Steckel would be found going to the net and he slams in in front his 1st from Green and Bakcstrom. The stars everyone in a Caps uniform no im kidding Nik first a G 4 A Green 2nd 2 G 2 A and Fleichamn 3rd 2 G Jose 34 saves honorable mention PPs Caps 4-6 Philly 0-1 Shots Caps 30 Philly 36 Next up a trip to Tampa first meeting of the season bewteen the two Monday at 7:30 Caps need to keep winning if they want the best record and im sure they will love to beat a division foe and stay undefaeetaed in the SOutheast.
