This game saw the Caps trail 2-0 then put 3 goals in a row to take a lead only to relinquish it on a shorty (SHG) but have Mike Green wrsit one in OT to win it. Caps floundered ealry and the Caines put him down but the Caps fought back and won it. Carloina scored 1 st on the 2 on 1 when mIKE gReen was decked and taken out of the p[lay and a Caine tipped a pass into the net. Then a struff attempt missed but the rebound was right back to the shooter and he flipped it up and in. Then Semin started showing off his talents firing a smokin wrister top shelf over the shopulder goal and into the back of the net his 12th from Ovie and SHultz. Then Semin was on a partial breakaway got stopped initially but the rebound was juicy and the goalie was down and he flipped this one top center goal with just .6 seconds left 2-2 his 13th from Backstrom . Then on a delayed PP the Caps would score before anyone went to the box when Fleichman was passed to after a patient Perrault waited for him to streak to the net hit him on his tape and Flecihman went far side roofer into the bakc of the net his 11th from Perrault and Erskine. Caines would get a shorthanded breakaway when a Mike Green pass was intercepted and taken the other way by the guy that was the opther part of the Ovie collison that got him suspeneded Tim fired halfaway into the ozone a mean slapper that but Jose high blocker side 3-3 lets go to OT. The caps had a point but they wanted 2 and got it when Mike Green joined the forwards attacking the net was found and he wristed one low over the leg and in his 6th from Backstrom and Ovie game over green is back and in full efect 4-3 your final Caps get the home ice win and saty undefated in the southeast 8-0.
