O's Lose 2 one vs L:A 1 in Tampa

The O's have not gotten what they wanted in the last two starts from their rookies both started well but neded poorly allowing the HR. David hernandez pitched 5.1 giving up 5. Meridith allowed a 3 run homer but Ray was good again showing his old form going 1.1 scorless and Bass 1 scorelss. The positives Markakis blasted another one his 15th a solo HR and Mora added his 4th a 2 run blast. Jones got a ground our rbi and Markakis doubled in another run and seemilingy if you hit a double you will hit a HR if your an O. FInal 8-5 La wins the series 3-1 and they have the best offense in the AL with many of there hitters well over the .300 mark and a lot of threats in there lineup Guerrero i feel the biggest cuz he always hits the long ball vs the O's and they really wanna toughen up on him. In Tampa there were positves to look at. Berken struck out Longoria and WIters threw out the league leader in steals Carl Crawford on a greta strike em out throw em out DP. Witers touched off a bomb another opposite filed shot deep and out in the power alley near center his 4th HR. Jones isngled a run in and balsted a deep double off the base of the center field wall Reimold singled in a run as well in a 2 run inning but Mora flew out with the Birds threatening but the final is 5-4 tampa taking game 1 in there home park and i se why this team was AL Champs last year they have a greta lineup and there young top draft pick david Pryce was on his ga,me and i bet Mora really wishes he could have kept that ining going for at least one more run. Jones 2 hits Markakis 3 now batting .309 and he is hot at the plate right now Reimold also added 2 hits. Noick had his 4th steal and i think he should run more and have way more steals cuz i see that go get to balls in the outfield real fast so he shopuld be more of a threat to steal. Roberts also had a steal his 25th and that guy is real fast. Jones had asoulble as did Nolan 22nd and 14th. Watching Noick i fail to see how he is not in the ALlSTar game regualrly but he should be their next year along with Jones, Moichakle Aubrey got a pimnch hit single in his first AB with the Birds and is batting 1.000 and with Huff being traded for RHP Brett Jacobson Aubrey got see significant time if he proves he can hit with Mora and Ty splitting the time at third neither one of them hitting very well but Mora is rally surprising to me considering the 2nd half he had last year where he was hitting everything and had good power numbers but 4 HRs that is starnge. Tonuight;'s pitching matchup Tillman 1-0 with a 4.88 ERa vs Niemann 3.86 and is 10-5. Should be a good one Go Birds.
